In de vraagprijs zit het vervoer naar Nederland vanuit Litouwen en is inclusief BTW.  De boot is compleet ingericht maar nog niet echt in gebruik genomen. We varen haar in week 26 van Monnickendam naar onze verkoophaven in Sneek. 

Nieuw zou deze houseboat (zonder inrichting) op meer dan 260.000 euro uitkomen.

Nordic Season is een Fins ontwerp en ontstaan uit twee professionele bedrijven die samen meer dan 20 jaar kennis hebben met het bouwen van schepen gecombineerd met de technologie en ervaring in het bouwen van huizen.

De houseboats zijn ontwikkeld volgens Finse maatstaven. Stevig, solide, goed varend en bestand tegen strenge winters. De Floats zijn van Polyetheen met een inkeping aan de onderkant zodat er meer grip is op het water tijdens het varen. Het frame is gebouwd van aluminium waardoor de houseboat makkelijk en licht te varen is. De zijboorden maken het varen een stuk veiliger dan standaard houseboats van deze afmetingen. 
Door het gebruik van de natuurlijke materialen en mooie Finse hout straalt deze boot een warmte en gezelligheid uit die je nergens anders terugziet.

De visualisatie is gemaakt toen deze boot ontworpen werd. 

Voor de bouw staat duurzaamheid en milieuvriendelijke produktie voorop. De houseboats worden geproduceerd uit duurzame materialen zoals Fins thermohout. Een niet toxisch natuurprodukt dat mede door de watergedragen impregneermiddelen zeer lang meegaat en waarop een lange garantie wordt afgegeven. alle materialen waarmee gewerkt wordt zijn recyclebaar.

Deze houseboat van Nordic Season is ontworpen als luxe verblijf met sauna, een mooie badkamer, een ruime slaapkamer en veel opbergruimte. Prima om langere tijd op te vertoeven en langere tijd zelfvoorzienend te varen/reizen. Ze bestaat verder uit een volledig uitgeruste keuken, prachtige living en dakterras.
